We have two privately owned static caravans (new in 2022) on adjacent plots J4 and J5 at Fairway Holiday Park Sandown Isle of Wight. Each sleeping up to 4 people, shower room, two bedrooms - double and a twin. Beds are made up for your arrival and towels are included - not beach towels. Fully equipped kitchen area with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, pans, tea towels etc. and a few essentials. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge area and the WiFi is free. Each has a private parking space adjacent to the caravan and a south facing seating area.
Stunning Sandown Bay is just a mile away and the Red Squirrel Trail which is a flat tarmac path following the old railway line through beautiful countryside, is suitable for both walking and cycling runs adjacent to the holiday park.
There is a limited bus service along Perowne Way. If you are arriving on foot either via Hover Travel from Southsea to Ryde or on Wightlink's Fast Cat from Portsmouth to Ryde Pierhead the Island trains run from Ryde to Sandown (about 15 mins) Sandown Station is about half a mile from the holiday park.

On site facilities - outdoor pool, bar also serving bar food / roast on Sundays, laundrette, picnic /children's play area. There is a convenience store just off site. Large supermarkets are about 2 miles away.
Children over 8 years of age are welcome. No pets.
Terms
- 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking plus £100.00 damages/loss deposit refundable upon inspection at check out.
- Balance to be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival date.
- Check in is between 1400 and 1600 and check out / inspection at 10.00 on day of departure.
